When you come for a show, you enjoy it with respect for the artist: Vaishali Made

Recently, popular singer Sunidhi Chauhan was attacked on the stage while performing. A bottle was thrown at her but she reacted to it very calmly. This incident started a lot of discussion on social media. The ‘Pinga’ song singer Vasihali Made shares her view on this.

She says,”I think we should appreciate Sunidhi Chauhan and the way she reacted to the incident. If she reacted anyway else, she would have been trolled badly. It should not have happened with anyone. It’s wrong that after enjoying the concert and the performer, you throw objects at them.”

She also adds, “Artists come up with a lot of struggle, we should acknowledge and appreciate that. When you come for a show, you enjoy the show with respect for the artist.”
Vaishali feels incidents like this are rare in the West. She says, “Internationally things are different. They have their own cultures. We cannot compete with their rules. If these things happen there, their laws are very strict and the person will be behind the bars.

Vaishali also feels this kind of incident can happen without any reason. “It is in no one’s hand. There are so many people coming with different mentalities in a live show. I think it’s difficult to stop.

I feel, respecting the art and the artist is the biggest thing. I don’t keep anything in mind when I go to perform on stage. I only think that they should enjoy my singing and their time. And I want them to take only good memories from my concert.”
