Anushka Merchande, who is seen as Koel in Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah’s Pukaar – Dil Se Dil Tak, which is produced under their banner, LSD Studios, is all praise for the producers duo. She said, “They are amazing, incredible people. They have given some hit shows in the past, and I know this show is also going to be a huge hit.”

“Our storyline is so good, the cast is excellent, and everything is just perfect. So, touchwood! I know this is going to be amazing,” she added.

Talking about the show, she said that the story connects the past and the present well, and she is hopeful that the viewers will automatically be drawn to and interested in the present.

“The show is set in Jaipur and revolves around a mother and her two daughters. They get separated due to a wicked scheme, and, after 20 years, their paths cross unknowingly. The story then follows how they come together again, face all the challenges, and stay united. That’s basically what our show is about,” she said.

“The significance of our show lies in the theme of a mother and her daughters calling out to each other. The mother has been longing for her daughters for 20 years, and now her only desire is to be reunited with them. My character, Koel, doesn’t know anything about her past. The show is about the mother’s enduring hope and longing to find her daughters again. That’s the core significance of our show,” she ended.
