Actress Sonal Panvar says that she has never really kept New Year resolutions. She says that she is someone who goes with the flow.

“I don’t really believe in new year resolutions. I just see the coming year and try to be more punctual and look forward to working more and spending time with my family,” she says.

Talking about how 2023 went, she says that she learnt a lot. “My learning from this year is definitely this one line that my dad told me. ‘Jo chaha woh nahi mila, toh jo mila hai usey chah kar dekho’. This particular saying has made a big difference in my life. We need to give love to everyone, and everything we have… it magnifies the gratitude,” she says.

She adds, “We definitely saw ups and downs this year too.. but as we say the good thing about time is it never remains the same. The coming year we only hope for the good and not the bad. If we focus on the good, good things happen.”

Talking about next year, she says, “I want to act more, love more and spend some more time with my family. Also, I will try to explore different characters as much as I can. I think I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing right now… I will keep improving my craft, and focus on the good work.”
